The Master of Health and International Development course is taught jointly by the Centre for Development Studies and the Department of Public Health. The course content has been developed to meet the needs of both external advisors and local public health and/or development personnel. It aims to develop highly skilled specialists to better plan, develop, manage and evaluate and implement health initiatives. It provides critical insight to social, political and cultural processes and institutional context that shape health and development issue, research, policy and practice.
